Purpose
These terms govern short-term rental bookings made on fafaconciergerie.fr, managed by Fafa Conciergerie.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once full payment by card is received, processed securely by Stripe. A confirmation email and invoice are sent to you immediately. Until payment is completed, the dates remain available to book.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am, self-service via a secure key box. An arrival guide with your access code is sent before your stay. Adjusted times are possible on request, subject to availability.
Security deposit
A security deposit may be required depending on the home. It is not charged and is released after your stay, subject to the condition of the property.
House rules
The number of guests may not exceed the stated capacity. Parties and events are not allowed. The home is non-smoking. Pets are accepted in some homes, to be confirmed at booking.
Cancellation
The applicable cancellation terms are stated at the time of booking. See also our cancellation policy for exceptional circumstances.
Liability
Fafa Conciergerie does its utmost to ensure a stay matching the description. We cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
