Who we are

Data collected when booking

To process your booking we collect: first and last name, email, phone number, stay dates and number of guests. This data is necessary to perform the rental contract (legal basis: contractual performance, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

It is shared with our calendar manager (Beds24) to synchronise availability and follow up on your booking. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through our servers.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation (session, booking cart) and audience-measurement cookies. You can set your browser to refuse them.

Retention

Booking data is kept for the legal period applicable to commercial and accounting records (up to 10 years for invoices), then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data. To exercise it, contact us. You may also refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
