Self check-in: how it works with us
No more stress over the “key handover appointment”. In all our homes, check-in is self-service, secure and available 24/7. Here’s exactly how it works.
Before you arrive
A few days before your stay, you receive by email (and on request by WhatsApp) your personalised arrival guide: the exact address, directions from the station or motorway, the location of the key box and your unique access code, generated for your stay.
On the day
- Head to the address given, at whatever time suits YOU (from 4 pm on arrival day).
- Enter your code on the secure key box.
- Grab the keys, settle in, breathe: you’re home.
11 pm train? Delayed flight? No problem — the code works at any hour, and we stay reachable if needed.
During your stay
The home is ready to live in: bed linen and towels provided, a welcome kit, high-speed Wi-Fi with codes clearly displayed. In each home, a booklet gathers the how-tos and our local recommendations. A question? Barbara and her team reply fast, 7 days a week.
Checking out
Before 11 am on departure day: a few simple steps noted in the booklet (dishes, bins), put the keys back in the box, scramble the code. That’s it.
